Below is a list of the 14 allergens that food producers, in the UK, must notify customers about.

Under each of our products on the website is a list of which allergens each product contains, if any.

  • Celery
  • Cereals – containing gluten – including wheat, rye barley and oats
  • Crustaceans
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Lupin
  • Milk
  • Molluscs
  • Mustard
  • Nuts – including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts
  • Peanuts
  • Sesame seeds
  • Soybeans
  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites

If they do occur, they will be listed on the website and the actual jars in bold and capital letters.

All of our products are made in the kitchen which handles ALL allergens.
